"Greg, please play some Joe Bonamassa.  He is coming in May to Sangamon Auditorium and I think more people need to hear him.  I just ran across him a few months ago and am hooked.  Got his Royal Albert Hall DVD for Christmas and am wearing through it.  I’m sure you could do a great short story on him.  Started playing when he was five, has opened for BB King when he was in Jr. High, etc……….  Played in 2010 Crossroads Festival……..Eric Clapton joined him on stage at Albert Hall….. I’m just learning about him I’m sure you could dig up a lot more.  I think he’s a good fit for the show because of his Clapton/SRV style with a rock edge.  All based on classic rock/blues styles.  P.S.  I’ve been a WYMG fan from the Don and Liz Show days.  I still have a T-shirt with Link on it that Liz handed me at the original Barrelhead.  She also interviewed me on air about the guitar I won from Elvis’ guitar player James Burton (who also played in the 2010 Crossroads Festival referenced above) from a drawing on the Mike Huckabee Show.  " - Mike Coughlin
