Hi and thanks for checking me out on wymg.com! I've spent my entire life in the broadcasting business and have logged over 35 years behind a microphone. I feel fortunate to be able to something I truly love everyday when I come to work. I remember listening to Johnny Rabbitt and KXOK with my little transister radio on my pillow as a kid and thinking, "Thats what I want to do someday". Wow, a dream come true.
I love music of all kinds and love it when someone turns me on to something new (or old) I've never heard. Whether its playing music on the radio or playing a job with my band "The Hillbilly Circus" , music always seems to be a great communicator and a bridge to people and personalities of all kinds.
You can catch me on WYMG Noon to 2 weekdays and you might also see my on WICS Channel 20 as the weekend weather guy. When I'm not at work I spend as much time as I can with my two beautiful daughters Olivia and Kate. They are by far the greatest accomplishment of my life and both are wonderful young people.
I also try to pick my guitar as often as possible and have made numerous friends playing in the honkytonks around central Illinois.
